Friends at Leadership

Here is another Scrapbook Layout we did in April in my Scrapbooking Clubs. Like I said on THIS POST I used all the DSP that was in the Occasions Mini one last time in April before the Mini was over at the end of that month.

This layout uses the Attic Boutique DSP, Soft Suede, Pool Party, Poppy Parade & Very Vanilla Card Stock, Boho Blossom, Scallop Edge, 3/4" Circle, 1" Circle, 1 1/4" Circle & Blossom Punches, Rue Des Fleurs Stamp Set and my Big Shot with the Billboard Sizzlits Decorative Strip Die.

I used our initials to decorate with. This picture was taken at Stampin' Up!'s Leadership in 2011 while we were in Nashville, TN. It is a picture of myself with Robin Merriman and Kimberly Van Diepen. Love these ladies!!!

This flower was fun to put together!! I punched two flowers out using the Blossom Punch (in case you missed this punch from the Occasions Mini-no worries!! It was carried over to the brand new catalog that comes out tomorrow!!). The Very Vanilla one I cut each petal three times towards the center. Just don't cut far into the center because you don't want pieces falling off. For this reason I decorated the center with punches so you can't see my cut marks.

Make sure to come back tomorrow to see the brand new Stampin' Up! Catalog!! You are going to LOVE this new Catalog!!! If you need/want your very own copy please let me know!!

Have a great day!!

Summer

During April Stampin' Up! gave us a Sneak Peak into the new Catalog that is coming out June 1st. They hand picked the Summer Smooches Product Suite and anyone was able to order any of the products they featured from this line.Since I just loved this Summer Smooches DSP I decided to use it for one of my layouts for my Scrapbooking Club in April.

This layout features the Summer Smooches, DSP, Daffodil Delight, Island Indigo, Tangerine Tango & Whisper White Card Stock, Daffodil Delight 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon (retiring), Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer (retiring and is 40% off!!) & Decorative Label Punches, Mini Brads, Bright Blossoms Stamp Set and my Big Shot with the Timeless Type Junior Alphabet Medium Sizzlits Dies (retiring).

These banners, which I love making, are attached to the layout using a regular stapler. Love using ordinary office supplies on my layouts.

By cutting the Modern Label Punch in half it makes for an interesting journal tag.

This is a pretty straight forward layout. I love to scrapbook in straight lines!! What have you scrapbooked lately? Are you in a rut? Need some inspiration?? My new Scrapbooking Clubs are forming and will start back up in July. If you are interested and would like some information please contact me today.

Have a great day!!

Friends

This is a layout my Scrapbooking Clubs got to make in April. For all three layouts I focused on items that were in the Occasions Mini since that Mini was ending at the end of April. I am so super excited that this DSP called Twitterpated made it into the new Catalog that comes out June 1st. This DSP is just so beautiful and I love the colors!!

We used the Twitterpated DSP, Riding Hood Red, Pear Pizzaz, Blushing Bride, Basic Grey & Baja Breeze Card Stock, Natural Hemp Twine (retiring), On Board Alphabet Soup (retiring), Borderlines Stamp Set (retiring) and my Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, 3 1/2" Circle Originals Die, Labels Collection Framelits & Dresden Designs Bigz L Die.

Have I told you yet that I just LOVE making any type of banners? Well I do and when grouped together they make such great decorations on any layout. The Natural Hemp Twine accent was easy to do. Just lay a piece of the twine on top of the banners, staple and then tie a know around the staple. Very easy!!

To make this flower I used the smaller petal on the Dresden Designs Bigz L Die. Fit perfect on my layout without having to cut any off the edges.

Now  a little about the picture. This is a picture of myself with Robin Merriman while we were on the Hawaii Incentive Trip with Stampin' Up! Love that lady and can't wait to see her soon at Convention!!

Have a great day!!

Disney Incentive Trip Day #7

This is our final day at Disney. Boy did we have a blast!! We spent the whole day at the pool today. It was nice to let the kids swim and I got to hang out with some awesome demonstrators too. All in all it was a relaxing nice day.

For the evening Stampin' Up! planned a special night just for the demonstrators and their +one guest. Stampin' Up! even arranged for a kids night out so no one had to worry about the kids being left in the rooms by themselves.

We met at the kid drop off area, my kids were gone in a flash!! After everyone was there we boarded buses to be bused to Hollywood Studios where we were lead to the Indiana Jones Theater for our own showing, dinner and fun.

Don't you just love the picture above of my husband and Kimberly's? They were such goof offs!!

I miss all my friends already!!! Can't wait to see everyone at Convention!! Jordan has already asked several times when she will get to see Alexis again (Kimberly Van Diepen's daughter, they met on the Alaskan Cruise and have been buddies ever since!!). Also, notice in the above pictures there was a very nice present left on our beds when we got back to our rooms. Our very own Disney Thomas Kinkade Painting. It is just beautiful!!!

Well there you have it. Highlights from our Disney Incentive Trip 2012. What fun and great memories!!

Have a great day!!!
